Completed site grading and over-excavation, followed by the installation of underground utilities including domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drain, and trench drain systems. Work also included final paving, slurry sealing and striping.

North Shore Elementary School

Installation of a full septic system and site utilities, including sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire water, and storm drain systems. The scope also included construction of a complete fire protection water system, featuring a 500,000-gallon reservoir, on-site well, and a diesel-powered fire pump.

SBMWD Facility

SBMWD Facility

Installation of site utilities including sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire water, Southern California Gas (SCG) lines, and storm drain systems, featuring a 96-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) system. The project also included off-site water system improvements in coordination with the San Bernardino Municipal Water District.

Installation of site utilities including sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire water, and storm drain systems, featuring a Contech chamber system.

Chino HS

Chino High School Reconstruction

Installation of site utilities including sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire water, private gas, and storm drain systems, featuring multiple Maxwell infiltration systems. The scope also included the installation of acid neutralization tanks with associated vaults Complete reconstruction of 3 phases throught the entire campus.

College of the Desert - Palm Springs Campus

College of the Desert - Palm Springs Campus

Completed construction of the new ground up campus infrastructure at the City of Palm Springs COD, including HDPE sanitary sewer systems with lift stations, HDPE domestic water and fire water, and storm drain utilities.

FedEx - Palm Springs

FedEx - Palm Springs

Installation of aprox 4,000' of off site 12" DIP water main, fire hydrants, water services, blow offs and existing ties ins. Project difficulties included major traffic control and a 30" direction bore through Cal Trans Right of Way. Valley Pipeline self performed all concrete and asphalt replacement with full lane width grind/overlay as well as traffic striping.

Installation of wet and dry utilities for a 100 lot Town Home Tract in Downtown Palm Springs. Project difficulties included major street crossing across Highway 111.

Mountain View Estates

Mountain View Estates

Completed the installation of sanitary sewer, domestic water, and electrical power conduits for the Imperial Irrigation District (IID).

Ladera Golf Course

Ladera Golf Course

Completed the full septic system for the award-winning Ladera Golf Course, including installation of a septic tank, grease interceptor, and leach field, along with domestic water and storm drain systems.

Siemens Wellwater

Siemens Wellwater

Completed an extensive off-site utility package for Siemens manufacturing facility, including new domestic and fire water services, new sewer laterals, and off-site storm drain connections. On-site scope included installation of sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire water, and storm drain systems, featuring hydrodynamic separators and a chamber infiltration system.

Nitto Denko Technical Corporation

Nitto Denko Technical Corporation

Completed a full off-site utility package for Nitto Denko manufacturing facility, including sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire water, and storm drain services. The on-site scope included installation of sewer, domestic water, fire water, and storm drain systems featuring a specialized retention system, lift station, and outlet control structures.

Pechanaga K-12

Pechanaga K-12

Completed a major off-site infrastructure package for Pechanga, including double-barrel 16-inch water lines, future sewer improvements, and large-diameter storm drain systems installed at depths exceeding 25 feet. On-site work included construction of a complete septic system with over 15,000 gallons of holding capacity, a lift station, and a specialized leach field, along with domestic water, fire water, and storm drain systems featuring bioretention basins.

Shelee's Travel Center

Worked in close coordination with tribal management to expedite installation of dry utilities, including multiple Southern California Gas (SCG) service installations and modifications, as well as private power and communications infrastructure.
