These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services and SMS communications provided by Valley Pipeline Services, Inc. ("Valley Pipeline," "we," "our," or "us"). By consenting to receive SMS messages or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Valley Pipeline Services, Inc. uses SMS messages to communicate with current employees for employment and operational purposes only. Messages may include work assignments, jobsite locations, start times, safety notices, and other job-related or administrative communications. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Employees provide consent to receive SMS messages during the hiring and onboarding process. Consent is obtained verbally and through a written Mobile Phone Communication Agreement authorizing Valley Pipeline Services, Inc. to communicate with employees via their personal mobile phone numbers for work-related purposes.
Mobile phone numbers are added to the company’s scheduling and communication systems only after consent is documented in the employee’s personnel file.
Message frequency varies based on jobsite and scheduling needs, typically up to one message per workday.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from Valley Pipeline Services, Inc. unless you provide new consent.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Valley Pipeline Services, Inc. is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier as a result of SMS communications.
Your personal information, including mobile phone numbers, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS delivery is subject to availability of mobile carrier networks and may be delayed or unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
